2027 AAD Annual Meeting: Important dates

Registration for the 2027 Annual Meeting will begin Nov. 18, 2026 at 12 p.m. noon CT
Registration
Registration will open according to the schedule below:
Nov. 18, 2026, at 12 p.m. noon (CT): Physician, life, and honorary members
Nov. 24, 2026, at 12 p.m. noon (CT): All remaining categories
International registrants will automatically receive a letter of invitation to aid in their VISA process as soon as registration is completed online.
Rates
Early-bird registration will end Feb. 17, 2027, at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, standard registration fees apply and will continue until the end of the meeting.
Housing
Deadline to book housing through the AAD is Wednesday, February 24, 2027.
Session changes or additions
Starting Feb. 17, 2027 at 12 p.m. noon (CT) session purchases become non-refundable, except in the event of a full meeting cancellation. New session purchases can still be added, but an updated badge will need to be picked up at the meeting, if mailed.
Session purchases cannot be exchanged and are non-transferable.
Courses (C) and Workshops (W) have an additional fee. All other session types are first-come first-serve based on category eligibility.
Membership status
Important note
All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2027 AAD Annual Meeting, to receive the member rate.
Membership processes are not instant and will take 7-10 business days for review. To ensure a smooth experience, be sure to allow adequate time.
Oct. 30, 2026: Deadline for new International, Affiliate, & Adjunct Membership Applicants to submit the online membership application, provide all required documents and application marked complete. Once reviewed, access to the member rates will be provided.
Feb. 10, 2027: Deadline to have completed the online membership application (Fellows and Associate Applicants Only), dues paid in full, & membership approved, and reinstatement of membership request/documents submitted to AAD for review. Once reviewed and approved, access will be given for the opportunity to register at the early bird rate.
March 10, 2027: Deadline to have completed the online membership application (Fellows and Associates Applicants Only) and reinstatement* of membership request & documents submitted to AAD for review, dues paid in full and membership approved. Once reviewed and approved, the standard rate to register will be provided.
*Staff will follow up at their earliest convenience once the requests are submitted. Please note, documentation received after the deadlines may not be reviewed in time to receive above deadlines.
If a category change is required after completing registration, a $100 processing fee will be applied.
Deadline to register and receive materials by mail
New: International badges will no longer be mailed due to unpredictable arrival times. Badges affiliated with an address other than the United States will need to be picked up onsite.
US registrants who have a completed registration with payment by the Early Bird deadline date of Feb. 17, 2027, at 12 p.m. noon (CT), will automatically have their materials mailed prior to the meeting. New sessions can still be added after this date and time, but an updated badge that reflects all session purchases will need to be picked up at the meeting.

Fraud warning
Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Maritz Global Events (MGE), have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2027 Annual Meeting. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for the Annual Meeting through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Maritz Global Events. In partnership with MGE, group room packages will be managed by FHT Global.
