2027 AAD Annual Meeting: Group registration and housing
Fraud warning
Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Maritz Global Events (MGE), have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2027 Annual Meeting. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for the Annual Meeting through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Maritz Global Events. In partnership with MGE, group room packages will be managed by FHT Global.
Group registration
NEW! The AAD now offers a group registration process for select individuals
Available to groups of 10 or more attendees registering as non-member physicians or non-member non-physicians. All non-member category details can be found on the non-member registration page.
Those who are AAD members will need to register individually, the traditional way, and cannot be included in the group registration process or group badge pickup options.

Available for groups of 10 or more scientific program attendees
Scientific program registration is required
Options
Rooms only – Sleeping rooms only
Room packages – Sleeping room, breakfast, and porterage (offerings vary by hotel); additional add-on services may be available

Group housing request deadline: Jan. 11, 2027
Group rooming list deadline: Jan. 21, 2027
Submit your housing request
All group housing requests, whether for rooms only or room packages, must be submitted through our housing partner.
