2027 AAD Annual Meeting: Childcare
Bring the family for the adventure with our convenient childcare service!
We are pleased to offer childcare services at the 2027 AAD Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California. Our childcare service offers a safe and entertaining environment for children ages 6 months to 12 years.
In partnership with KiddieCorp, AAD will be offering subsidized rates to meeting registrants. Advance registration is requested to ensure that KiddieCorp is properly staffed to facilitate age-appropriate activities and games for the children.
KiddieCorp’s experienced staff will include an on-site supervisor and appropriate ratios of staff to children. Ratios of staff to children are 1:2 for children 6 months through 11 months old, 1:3 for children 1 through 2 years old, 1:5 for children 3 through 5 years old, and 1:7 for children 6 through 12 years old. All KiddieCorp team members are qualified, screened, and experienced employees who have completed the KiddieCorp training program.
The fee for this service is $20 per hour per child and includes meals, snacks, age-appropriate games, and arts and crafts.

Those interested in this service are strongly encouraged to register in advance to ensure staff and space are planned appropriately. Registration for childcare opens on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (CT).
