2026 AAD Annual Meeting: Shuttle service information

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Colorado Convention Center and select official AAD partner hotels. Hotels within walking distance of the convention center are not included in the shuttle program. When browsing hotel locations and rates, participating shuttle hotels are identified with a bus icon.

Service details

Shuttle service will operate during core meeting dates, with multiple routes serving participating hotels. Pick-up locations and service frequency will vary by route and time of day. All shuttle routes, stops, and service times are subject to change.

Schedule availability

The final shuttle schedule will be posted closer to the meeting. Attendees are encouraged to download the most current schedule prior to travel and check the Meeting App for real-time updates during the week of the meeting.

Shuttle tracker

You can track shuttle arrivals using the Shuttle Tracker, also accessible through the official AAD Meeting App. The Shuttle Tracker will be active March 26 at 12:00 p.m. through March 31 at 1:00 p.m. and will not display shuttle data prior to that time.
