2026 AAD Annual Meeting: Saturday transit advisory

A No Kings Rally and March is planned for Saturday, March 28, from noon to 4 p.m. and may impede traffic around the Colorado Convention Center. You may want to plan extra time for travel to and from your hotel and the Convention Center late morning through late afternoon on Saturday.
The event will begin at the Colorado State Capitol, a few blocks away from the Colorado Convention Center, and the anticipated march route falls between the convention center and many of the nearby hotels. See map below.

The AAD is in ongoing communication with the Denver Convention & Visitors Bureau, local law enforcement, the convention center, and our shuttle contractor to ensure minimal impact on attendees. However, you may wish to plan your comings and goings on Saturday to avoid the march route from late morning to late afternoon.
Of note:
Local law enforcement anticipates an increased presence along the route of the march and throughout the city on Saturday.
We anticipate some impact on AAD shuttle routes on Saturday. Alternate shuttle routes have been designated during the march to ensure that attendees can get where they need to go, but some delays are possible.
Our shuttle operators, hotels, and the convention center are all aware of this event and have heightened their security protocols for Saturday.
AAD remains in close contact with Denver authorities and will communicate any updates to this information during the meeting via the AAD Meeting app.
