International society Annual Meeting travel grant

Grants are offered by the AAD to dermatology residents, fellows, or young dermatologists (within five years of completing residency) from the United States and Canada for travel to dermatology meetings in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The grants are offered through mutual arrangements with several international dermatologic societies and the International Affairs Committee of the AAD.

The program offers participants an opportunity to meet foreign colleagues and establish long-lasting professional relationships. Past attendees have been uniformly appreciative of the chance to attend these meetings.

The application is closed for 2014 meetings. Details about 2015 meetings will be posted as they become available.

"I had a chance to meet with numerous dermatologists and dermatology residents with whom I hope to continue both personal and professional relationships."
