  • Support for small/rural practices
    To help small practices (15 or fewer clinicians), CMS has launched the Small, Underserved, and Rural Support initiative to provide free, customized technical assistance to clinicians in small practices. Read more.
  • 2018 Quality Payment Program proposed rule released
    CMS released its anticipated proposed rule outlining policies for the 2018 Quality Payment Program. The AADA is pleased that CMS has listened to physician groups such as ours and incorporated several important changes to the program. Read more.
  • CMS awards approximately $100 million to help small practices succeed in QPP
    CMS awarded $20 million to 11 organizations for the first year of a five-year program to provide on-the-ground training and education about the Quality Payment Program for clinicians in individual or small group practices of 15 clinicians or fewer. CMS intends to invest up to an additional $80 million over the remaining four years. Read more.
