Career Launch Boot Camp
|Career Launch Boot Camp supports early-career physicians twice a year as they transition into dermatology practice and the Boot Camps are available for CME credit. The program delivers a practical introduction to Academy resources, covering important financial factors related to personal and business investing, tips and tricks to avoid pitfalls related to billing and coding, and the power of social media for promoting a personal brand and a practice.|

Diversity Champions Workshop
Diversity Champions Workshop was created to increase awareness of the lack of diversity in the specialty and how that has a direct impact on access to high-quality dermatologic care and the health outcomes of minority populations. This workshop is available for CME credit. In addition to increasing awareness of the lack of diversity in dermatology and its causes, the workshop facilitates the establishment of diversity outreach programs within dermatology residency programs; increases knowledge of holistic review processes for dermatology resident applicants; and expands cultural competence within all residency programs.

Multiple supporters, starting at $25,000.
Hands-on Cosmetics; Workshops and Reception
Designed to expand on popular AAD hands-on workshops, AAD members will practice injection techniques with cutaneous procedural head models in this two-day course. Hands-on Cosmetics will be offered twice in 2021, one in the late spring/early summer, and the other in late fall, and is available for CME credit. Upon conclusion of this course, participants will be able to assess the benefits and risks of performing procedures commonly used in cosmetic dermatology according to a patient’s clinical situation, describe the risks of each cosmetic procedure and methods to minimize such risks, and perform procedures commonly used in cosmetic dermatology, specifically botulinum toxin injections and fillers.
Recognition may include name recognition on on-site signage and course materials. Reception sponsorship recognition may include logo recognition on reception signage and a table-top for two company representatives at the reception.
