Early-bird registration will end July 8, 2020 at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, standard registration fees apply and will continue until the end of the meeting.
All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2020 Innovation Academy meeting to receive the member rate. Membership processes are not instant and will take 7-10 business days for review. To ensure a smooth experience, be sure to complete documentation in advance of the posted deadlines.
June 22, 2020: Deadline to have completed membership application, membership reinstatement, and DermCare Team application materials submitted to AAD for review. Once reviewed and approved access will be given to register at the early-bird rate.
July 20, 2020: Deadline to have completed membership application, membership reinstatement, and DermCare Team application materials submitted to AAD for review. Once reviewed and approved, registration can be completed under the appropriate category at the standard rate.
Documentation received after the above deadline dates will not be reviewed.
All individuals who complete registration by Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at 12 p.m. noon (CT), will be mailed their badge prior to the meeting.
If for some reason you do not receive your packet prior to the meeting, materials can be picked up at the meeting.
Those who register after July 8, 2020 at 12 p.m. noon (CT) will not have their badge mailed and pickup upon arrival at the meeting will be required. Session tickets can be purchased or returned online. All session ticket policies apply.
