2026 AAD Innovation Academy: Important dates

Registration

Registration will open according to the schedule below:

• Early access registration and fees (AAD members only): Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 12 p.m. noon (CT).

• Standard registration and fees: Begin Wednesday, April 22, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT).

• International registrants will automatically receive a letter of invitation to aid in their VISA process as soon as registration is completed online.

Registration fees

Early access registration for AAD members will end Wednesday, April 22, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, standard registration fees apply and will continue until the end of the meeting. View registration fees.

Housing

Deadline to book housing through the AAD is Wednesday, June 24, 2025, at 12 p.m. noon (CT).

Cancellations

Membership

All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2026 Innovation Academy to receive the member rate.

Membership processes are not instant and will take 7-10 business days for review. To ensure a smooth experience, be sure to allow adequate time.

If a category change is required after completing registration, a $100 processing fee will be applied.

Deadline to register and receive materials by mail

New - International badges will no longer be mailed due to unpredictable arrival times. Badges affiliated with an address other than the United States will need to be picked up onsite.

US registrants who have a completed registration with payment by June 24, 2026, at 12pm noon (CT), will automatically have their materials mailed prior to the meeting. New session tickets can still be added after this date and time but will not be included on the back of your badge. A new badge will need to be picked up at the meeting.
