The hotel reservation deadline is Monday, June 22, 2026, at 12 p.m. (CT).
Don’t forget to register and reserve your hotel as soon as possible. Rooms in New York City fill quickly, and early booking ensures the best availability and rates.

Hotel reservations must be made in conjunction with meeting registration.
Availability cannot be guaranteed after the June 22, 12 p.m. CT deadline.
Depending on demand, additional hotels may be added, and information is subject to change at any time.
Maritz Global Events (MGE) is the only AAD Official Housing Provider.

Guest rooms are available at the New York Hilton Midtown at AAD discounted meeting rates. To secure these rates, reservations must be booked through Maritz Global Events (MGE), the only official AAD housing provider.
