Cancellation policies may vary by hotel and may differ from AAD’s standard policies. Be sure to review all terms before completing your reservation.
Hotel map, rates, and descriptions
Guest rooms are available at the New York Hilton Midtown at AAD discounted meeting rates. To secure these rates, reservations must be booked through Maritz Global Events (MGE), the only official AAD housing provider.

Fraud warning
Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Maritz Global Events (MGE), have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2026 Innovation Academy. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for Innovation Academy through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Maritz Global Events (MGE).
