Official rules and prize terms
How to enter
Participants may enter the Bright Lights & Bold Ideas BINGO giveaway by picking up a BINGO card at the AAD Resource Center, Booth 331, during 2026 AAD Innovation Academy. Attendees can complete squares by participating in meeting activities, networking opportunities, and NYC-inspired experiences throughout the weekend.
Participants must complete at least one full BINGO line and submit their completed card before Saturday, July 18 at 3 p.m. ET to be entered into the prize drawing. Limit one entry per person.
Prizes
Complimentary registration to the 2027 AAD Annual Meeting. The prize covers meeting registration only and does not include travel, lodging, or other expenses.
$150 Amazon e-gift card
$100 gift card to the AAD Signature Collection
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted.
Prize eligibility
The free registration prize is open to individuals who are age 18 or older at the time of entry and are U.S. AAD members who are U.S. residents and legal citizens in one of the following categories:
Fellows
Associates
Affiliates
Adjunct members
This promotion does not include AAD members in life or honorary categories or AAD members who reside in Canada or other international locations. AAD employees and their immediate family members, as well as AAD officers and board members, are not eligible for entry.
The $150 Amazon e-gift card prize is open to any registered attendee of the 2026 AAD Innovation Academy who is age 18 or older at the time of entry. The $100 AAD Signature Apparel gift card prize is open to current AAD members who are registered attendees of the 2026 AAD Innovation Academy and are age 18 or older at the time of entry. This promotion does not include AAD members who reside in Canada or other international locations. AAD employees and their immediate family members, as well as AAD officers and board members, are not eligible.
Winner selection and notification
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible completed entries received during the meeting. Winners will be notified by July 26, 2026 via the email address given on their BINGO card.
If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or was chosen to win the Free Meeting Registration prize and does not accept within 2 weeks of receiving the winning email, an alternate winner may be selected.
