2023 Innovation Academy: Important dates
Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Maritz Global Events (formerly Experient, Inc.), have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2023 Innovation Academy. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for Innovation Academy through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Maritz Global Events.
Attendee registration will begin May 17, 2023 at 12 p.m. noon (CT).
Early-bird registration will end July 12, 2023 at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, standard registration fees apply and will continue until the end of the meeting.
Deadline to book housing through the AAD is Friday, July 21, 2023 at 12 p.m. noon (CT).

Session changes or additions
NEW! Beginning July 12, 2023 at 12 p.m. noon (CT), session tickets become non-refundable, except in the event of registration cancellation. New session tickets can still be added if available, but will not be mailed and will need to be picked up at the meeting.
Session tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-transferable.
Derm Labs require a ticket and additional fee for admittance. All other sessions are first-come first-serve based on category eligibility. All session ticket policies apply.
All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2023 Innovation Academy to receive the member rate.
Membership processes are not instant and will take 7-10 business days for review. To ensure a smooth experience, be sure to allow adequate time.
If a category change is required after completing registration, a $100 processing fee will be applied.
Deadline to register and receive materials by mail
Registrants who have a completed, paid in full, registration by July 12, 2023 at 12 p.m. noon (CT), will automatically have their materials mailed prior to the meeting.
If for some reason you do not receive your packet prior to the meeting, your badge can be picked up when you arrive.
