The 2020 Academy Meeting has been canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Click on the button below to access your existing registration and housing record.
The AAD will automatically cancel your existing registration and refund all fees, including donations and products. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. You will NOT need to contact the AAD or Experient to initiate a refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Fees cannot be carried over to another AAD program, however if you donated during registration and would still like to make a donation to one of the AAD programs, please click here.
Those who purchased any products when registering may go to www.aad.org/store to reorder. Special discounts will apply through April 15; use promo code AMREG20.
Hotel cancellation and refunds
The AAD will automatically cancel all reservations made through AAD/Experient and refund your deposit. You do not need to contact the AAD, Experient, or the hotel to initiate this. Please allow up to 14 days for this process to be completed.
If you booked through any other company, website, or travel app, you will need to contact that company directly to cancel your arrangements.
To keep your hotel reservation
If you wish to keep your reservation, please reach out to the hotel directly to rebook your reservation.
The AAD will not refund individual airline tickets or travel costs. Please contact your airline or travel agent directly regarding ticket cancellations. If you purchased travel insurance, contact your provider for information and next steps. Many airlines are waiving cancellation fees or considering the action that precipitated your cancellation. Please contact your airline to see if your ticket qualifies.
