2026 AADA Legislative Conference: Travel, hotel, and meals
The 2026 AADA Legislative Conference takes place Sunday, Sept. 13 through Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, at the J.W. Marriott. The program is set to begin on Sunday no earlier than 4:00pm ET and will adjourn by 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, depending on individual Capitol Hill meeting schedules. The AADA will provide meals and snacks during the event. Attendees need to book their own hotel rooms in our room block.
AADA has secured a block of rooms at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC. To reserve your hotel room, please click the link below. All hotel reservations must be reserved by Aug. 7, 2026, to receive the AADA discounted rate of $365/night.
Please note that because participants’ Congressional meeting schedules are not available until the week before the Conference, AADA staff recommends attendees’ book their flight departing Washington after 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
Hotel reservations
