Important dates

Advance registration 

Registration will begin at 12 p.m. noon (CT) according to the schedule below:

Physician members, life members, and honorary members
November 14, 2018
Residents, medical fellows, AAD graduate members, and medical students
November 20, 2018
Adjunct members, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, DermCare Team enrollees,
dermatology practice staff, and all other non-member categories
November 28, 2018

Rates

Early-bird registration will end January 23, 2019 at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, standard registration fees apply.

Advance registration will continue until February 20, 2019 at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, all registration systems will close and on-site registration will be required.

Membership status

All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2019 AAD Annual Meeting to receive the member rate. For those registering at the meeting, membership status must be in good standing by February 13, 2019, to receive the member registration rate. Reinstatements received after this date will not receive the member rate.

All DermCare Team participants must be in good standing by February 13, 2019 to receive the special registration rate.

Please note that the membership reinstatement process is not instant. If you are interested in registering by the discounted deadline date, be sure to give yourself plenty of time prior to the deadline; we recommend at least two weeks.

Deadline to register and receive materials by mail

All individuals who completed registration by Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 12 p.m. noon (CT) will be mailed their badge and tickets beginning January 28 and continuing until February 15. 

If for some reason you do not receive your packet prior to the meeting, materials can be picked up at the meeting.

Session changes or additions

Those who have registered prior to the discounted registration deadline will have their records locked beginning January 23, 2019 at 12:01 p.m. (CT). This allows for the mailing of the badges prior to the meeting. After this time, you will not be allowed to add, cancel, or swap any session tickets. After the deadline, all session ticket changes must be made at the meeting.

Those who register after the discounted registration deadline will not have their badge mailed, and will retain the ability to alter their session tickets up until advance registration closes on February 20, 2019 at 12 p.m. noon (CT).

Final program

Attendees registering on-site will be required to view the final program electronically via the mobile app. If a paper copy is desired, advance registration must be completed by the February 20, 2019 at 12 p.m. noon (CT) closing date and a paper copy must be requested during the registration process.
