AADA supports federal bill on truth in advertising

U.S. Representatives Larry Bucshon, MD (R-Ind.), a thoracic surgeon, and David Scott (D-Ga.) recently introduced the Truth in Healthcare Marketing Act (H.R. 3928). This bipartisan consumer protection bill will help ensure patients have reliable information regarding the delivery of their medical care, empowering them to make medical decisions that are best for themselves and their families.
