2024 AADA Legislative Conference: Travel, hotel, and meals
The 2024 AADA Legislative Conference takes place Sunday, September 8 through Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at the J.W. Marriott. The program is set to begin on Sunday no earlier than 3 p.m. ET and will adjourn by 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, depending on individual Capitol Hill meeting schedules. The AADA will provide meals and snacks during the event. Attendees staying at the J.W. Marriott will be asked to register directly on the hotel website.
AADA has secured a block of rooms at the J.W. Marriott in Washington, D.C. To reserve your hotel room, please click the link below. All hotel reservations must be reserved by Thursday, August 8, 2024, to receive the AADA discounted rate of $349/night. The hotel rate is subject to availability after August 8, 2024. We recommend booking early to secure your accommodations within the AADA reserved block at the discounted rate.
Please note that because participants’ Hill meeting schedules are not available until the week before the conference, AADA staff recommends attendees book their flight departing Washington after 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September 10. This will provide the greatest opportunity and flexibility for our vendor to schedule meetings with legislators throughout the day.
Hotel reservations
Attendees must make their own travel arrangements to the conference and cover their own lodging at the J.W. Marriott. The special room rate for the conference is $349 per night.
