Performance Improvement CME (PI CME) Atopic Dermatitis
PI CME is a self-directed, web-based activity designed to help you evaluate
The activity is comprised of 3 stages:
Stage A -
Perform 10 patient chart reviews from the condition selected, evaluate your
results, and self-identify areas of improvement
Stage B - Based on results of
Stage A, develop and implement an improvement plan
Stage C - Evaluate
improvements and perform a second
chart review for 10 additional patients with the condition selected seen after
your improvement plan is implemented
At the conclusion of this learning
activity, participants should be able to:
• Identify at least one area of
improvement in the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

Patient Inclusion Criteria
patient must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each chart must be selected at
random by the abstractor.
• Each patient must have been seen within the last three months from date of abstraction.
