Performance Improvement CME (PI CME) Atopic Dermatitis

PI CME is a self-directed, web-based activity designed to help you evaluate your practice.

The activity is comprised of 3 stages:
Stage A - Perform 10 patient chart reviews from the condition selected, evaluate your results, and self-identify areas of improvement
Stage B - Based on results of Stage A, develop and implement an improvement plan
Stage C - Evaluate improvements and perform a second chart review for 10 additional patients with the condition selected seen after your improvement plan is implemented

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:
• Identify at least one area of improvement in the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.
• Complete and implement an improvement plan designed to address the identified area.

Patient Inclusion Criteria
• Each patient must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each chart must be selected at random by the abstractor.
• Each patient must have been seen within the last three months from date of abstraction.
