Description:
Please Note: This is Part 2 of a two-part session. In Part 1, you will learn how to assess the dynamics of your group and learn strategies to manage your group at any stage. Part 1 is session F001, held on Thursday, August 1 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. In the second part of this two-part session we will discuss why politics are important in any group or organization and why it is critical to the success of your organization that the politics at play not be ignored. We will focus on the diverse opinions and approaches to problem solving that exist in groups and on how to manage and capitalize on them to achieve shared goals.
