Description:
Please Note: This is Part 1 of a two-part session. In Part 2, you will learn how to navigate the politics of group dynamics and how to leverage your group's diverse points of view. Part 2 is session F006, held on Thursday, August 1 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Effectively managing group dynamics is an important skill that can influence a group or team’s success. Whether a member or a leader of a “Dream Team” or an “I Want to Scream Team,” you can facilitate optimal performance. You will learn to assess your group’s current stage of development and tools to lead the group to the next level.
