Following this course, the attendee should be able to:

  • Identify why difficult conversations are challenging and why leaders often avoid these types of interactions
  • Review and apply an effective method to provide feedback and to constructively offer opportunities for improvement and growth

This session will give you tools to make it doable with objectivity. Utilizing the “Situation, Behavior, Impact” (SBI) method makes difficult conversations possible with your boss, co-workers, employees and family possible with effective results. During the course, participants will have the opportunity to apply the SBI method using case studies and personal experiences.
