Learning Objectives:
Following this course, the attendee should be able to:

  • Describe different subtypes of CTCL based on recent advances in the understanding of T cell biology.
  • Recognize the indications and limitations of skin directed therapy.
  • Identify indications for initiation of systemic therapies in patients with persistent/progressive CTCL.

This educational program will outline a cutting edge multidisciplinary approach to the care of patients with cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL). The subjects covered will include a discussion of novel basic science insights into the biology of CTCL, the rationale and uses of both systemic and skin based treatment modalities and the importance of an integrated team based multidisciplinary approach. The program targets physicians, nurses and clinical support staff treating patients with CTCL.
