Following this course, the attendee should be able to:
- 1. Define key steps in the process of change management.
- 2. List key principles of effective incentive systems.
- 4. Identify 6 critical elements for creating a "brand" in your practice.
As dermatologists, we must "lead" and "manage" our team and our patients. In this interactive session, change management principles will be illustrated through a case study. These change management principles will then be incorporated into brainstorming key principles of developing an effective incentive system and improving access in order to maximize performance of your practice. The session will end with the identification of the key elements for creating a successful "brand" in your practice. Other key economic and strategic leadership pearls will be shared along the way. Lessons learned in this session can be applied to a university or community based practice. The session will be interactive.
