In the second part of this two-part session, you will draw on the lessons learned from part one and discover what it takes to maximize and motivate your team. We will discuss delegating and provide tools to help you delegate effectively. A straightforward process for giving feedback will be presented and tools to help you identify and deal with poor performers will also be offered. Interactive case studies will be utilized to demonstrate these skills. You will also learn what is essential to think about when it is time to review and the importance of rewards (non-monetary rewards as well as monetary) for a job well done. We will also explore different types of recognition.
