The AAD Clinical Guidelines Committee is seeking member comment on new guidelines that address the treatment and follow-up of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC). We’re asking that members review and comment on the draft guidelines by Friday, April 28.

Member comment is an important part of the Academy clinical guideline process. Our guidelines are evidenced-based, yet clinical expertise and interpretation of this evidence is critical to develop a document that is reflective of available data, as well as practice and patient considerations. This is your opportunity to provide your perspectives on the evidence and recommendations presented.

Your feedback and perspectives may help clarify recommendations and supporting evidence to allow this information to be best used in practice. While not all comments may result in changes to the guideline, all member comments are reviewed and responded to by the Academy.

To submit your comments on the guideline, follow the three steps below:

  1. Be sure you have a current conflict of interest disclosure statement on record with the Academy.
  2. Review the draft guideline.
  3. Submit your comments below.
