Q: Do I need to report Meaningful Use (MU) Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs) to CMS if I’m submitting PQRS via AAD’s Data Derm?

A: Yes, you still need to report 9 MU CQMs to CMS. Submitting PQRS Quality Measures via DataDerm does not satisfy CQM reporting for MU.

To report MU CQMs:

1. Log into the CMS EHR Incentive Program Registration and Attestation System after your reporting period is completed in 2016.
2. IMPORTANT: When you are on the Attestation page for CQMs (pictured, right), select Option 2.
3. Input your individual numerators and denominators for the CQMs. Remember, zeros are perfectly acceptable for numerators and/or denominators.
