Q: I submitted my attestation for meaningful use online recently, but when I went back to check my status it does not show any pending submission. What should I do?
A: CMS has acknowledge a technical glitch with the meaningful use attestation site. If you check your status be careful not to hit any keys on your keyboard. Doing so will eliminate your previous submission. If you have already done this and are encountering a problem, you should submit an appeal. Instructions on how to submit a meaningful use appeal are available on the AAD website. CMS will be releasing additional information regarding this issue in the future.
