Innovation Academy: Meeting enhancements support
Support of meeting enhancements create an elevated experience for Innovation Academy attendees while showcasing the company who made the enhancement possible.
The Innovation Academy mobile app is the meeting’s program and primary resource for attendees navigating the meeting. This meeting historically hosts approximately 3,000 registrants - 1,500 of whom are medical personnel - and will now be infused with innovative programming through tracks and learning formats designed to inspire new ideas, advance the way dermatologists practice, and create more opportunities for attendee engagement and networking. The user-friendly app allows attendees to save sessions and events as favorites, claim CME and submit evaluations, access pertinent information on exhibitors, maps, “Ask Me” FAQs, city guide, and more.
Recognition will include: Logo recognition on the main header of app’s navigation page, a tile of the app with logo recognition linking to the supporter’s home page, and logo recognition on the web version of the app on AAD.org. Additionally, supporting company will receive 50% off one advertisement tile on the app.
Wi-Fi will enable attendees to easily connect to the internet and access the AAD mobile app at the convention center.
Recognition may include: Name recognition in the wireless network name (SSID).
|Hotel Key Cards||The hotel key cards are distributed to attendees upon check-in for entry into their hotel rooms at the AAD Innovation Academy designated hotels.|

|Session Room |
|Digital signs will be located outside the entrances to the session rooms in the convention center. These signs provide attendees information about the current session in that room and upcoming sessions.|
Recognition includes: Logo recognition on lower third of convention center digital screens (10) near session room entrances, as well as on additional digital signs (10) along the halls near the session rooms.
This program delivers superior customer service directly to all AAD Innovation Academy attendees, providing on-going assistance, and answering all questions.
Recognition may include: Logo recognition on Concierge Program materials, including vests, signage, etc.
