2020 AAD ANNUAL MEETING IS CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK
Due to the limited number of academic faculty able to present at our meeting and other related factors, we are no longer able to host the high-caliber meeting that our attendees and exhibitors have come to expect.
Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Experient, Inc., have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2020 Annual Meeting. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for the Annual Meeting through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Experient, Inc.
Early-bird registration will end February 12, 2020 at 12 p.m. noon (CT). At this time, standard registration fees apply and will continue until the end of the meeting.
All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2020 AAD Annual Meeting to receive the member rate. Membership processes are not instant and will take 7-10 business days for review. To ensure a smooth experience, be sure to complete documentation in advance of the posted deadlines.
November 1, 2019: Deadline for International, Affiliate, and Adjunct membership applications to be received.
January 24, 2020: Deadline to have completed membership application (Fellows and Associates), membership reinstatement, and DermCare Team application materials submitted to AAD for review. Once reviewed and approved access will be given to register at the early-bird rate.
March 2, 2020: Deadline to have completed membership application (Fellows and Associates), membership reinstatement, and DermCare Team application materials submitted to AAD for review. Once reviewed and approved, registration can be completed under the appropriate category (member or DermCare Team) standard rate.
Documentation received after the above deadline dates will not be reviewed.
Deadline to register and receive materials by mail
All individuals who complete registration by Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at 12 p.m. noon (CT), will be mailed their badge and tickets beginning February 27.
If for some reason you do not receive your packet prior to the meeting, materials can be picked up at the meeting.
Session changes or additions
Those who have a completed, paid in full, registration by the early-bird deadline date of February 12, 2020, at 12 p.m. noon (CT), will automatically have their materials mailed prior to the meeting. Records for these individuals will lock at that date and time. Ticket returns for those tickets that have been printed can only be returned onsite at the meeting. New session tickets can still be added after this date and time, but will not be mailed and will need to be picked up at the meeting.
Those who register after the early-bird deadline date will not have their materials mailed and will need to pick up their badge onsite at the meeting. Session tickets can be purchased or returned online up until they have been printed. Once printing has occurred, the record will lock and tickets will then need to be returned on-site. All session ticket policies will apply.
