Advanced registration is now closed.

onsite registration is now required. Please visit the onsite registration desk beginning Friday, Nov. 20 at 12 p.m. (ET).

This course is open to AAD members only (not including graduate members).

Registration fees

The Advanced Registration rate of $750 is available until October 30, 2015, at 5 p.m. (CT).  After this date and time, onsite registration will be required. 

Onsite registration fee: $850

Onsite registration hours
Friday: 12 - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 - 11 a.m.

Cancellation polices
Registration cancellation must be sent in writing to the AAD Registration Office via email to by October 30, 2015, at 5:00 pm (CT). A $50 processing fee will apply for all cancellations.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date and time.

Learners who register prior to October 30, 2015, but do not attend the course will still receive course materials. Learners must be in attendance to be awarded CME Credit.
