In the Connection, meeting attendees will find the AAD Resource Center, E-Poster Exhibits and Presentations and the AAD Networking Center. The Networking Center is equipped with computer terminals for messaging other meeting attendees, and accessing email, comfortable seating for relaxing between sessions, and recharge counters with built–in electrical outlets to stayed charged throughout the day. Conveniently located in Hall B4, adjacent to the Technical Exhibits and Food Court, the AAD Connection is a premier destination for AAD information, education, networking and collaboration with colleagues. You will need to first complete your registration. Upon completion of your registration, the online registration system will automatically generate your letter of invitation for printing. You will receive your letter via email to the address provided during registration. Letters of invitation for Guest registrants will only be provided if the accompanying individual has completed his or her meeting registration. Due to security concerns, letters will only be issued to registrants who have completed registration by February 22, 2017, at 12 p.m. noon (CT) Videotaping/photography in educational sessions
Use of cameras, camera phones, video cameras is prohibited in all educational sessions. Violations of this policy will result in removal from the session and confiscation of equipment. Directors and room monitors will be closely monitoring adherence to this policy.
