Registration fees

The chart below details the registration fees for the 73rd Annual Meeting. Discounted fees will apply until February 11, 2015 at 12 p.m. (CT). Standard fees will begin February 11, 2015 at 12:01 p.m. (CT) and will continue until the end of the meeting.

(one per physician registrant. Defined as a spouse, significant other, or personal friend who is not an active industry professional)



All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 73rd Annual Meeting to receive member rates. For those registering on site, membership status must be in good standing by March 4, 2015 to receive the member registration rate. Reinstatements received after this date will not receive the member rate.

In addition, please verify that your registration category is correct  before completion of your registration. If a category adjustment is required, a $100 category adjustment fee will be applied.
