Description:
This is part two of a two-part program.
This session will build on the knowledge gained about your style and the style of others to effectively work and communicate with others. Participants will practice addressing conflict. They will learn what triggers their own negative reactions and how to facilitate constructive discussions among team members. Methods of developing a diverse but effective team and working with an existing team that has a variety of styles will be demonstrated.
