Following this course, the attendee should be able to:
- Recognize the existence of ethical dilemmas or problems in everyday situations
- Analyze ethical and professional dilemmas in a critical way to lead to satisfactory resolution
- Apply basic ethical principles to dealing with ethical dilemmas that arise in practice and training
Description:
This is a cased-based forum in which the panel will present cases representing actual or hypothetical practice and education scenarios or current controversies for discussion and critical analysis of the ethical and professional issues. Time will be allotted for audience participation and so that attendees may present their own cases for informal dermatoethics consultation by the panel.
