Description:
This session is directed towards physicians interested in learning more about the immunomodulatory effects of botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT-A) and how these can be applied to cutaneous disorders. The discussion will include specific mechanisms of action of BoNT-A in neurogenic inflammation and introduce treatment protocols for acne, rosacea and psoriasis.
