Description:
Many dermatologists are not comfortable managing pediatric patients with autoimmune connective tissue disease or those who require systemic immunosuppressive therapy. This session will focus on work-up and treatment of children who were seen in a combined rheumatology-dermatology clinic with a variety of diagnoses, including localized scleroderma/morphea, lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, livedoid vasculopathy, and severe psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis.
