Description:
Men are an upcoming segment of patients seeking for cosmetic procedures. In a society that stresses the importance of appearance, men are becoming more interested in looking and feeing their best. Men's skin biology, aging process and rejuvenation goals are different from their female counterparts, and such differences must be clearly understood to provide optimal treatment plans and results to this patient population. Dermatologists play an essential role in enhancing the awareness and culture of male aesthetics.
