Description:
Difficult patients elicit an emotion in you that you would prefer not to have. How do you approach the angry patient, the controlling one, the noncompliant one, and others? We will find creative ways of dealing with these people so you make peace, not war. We will discover what part you play in this interaction and learn about yourself and them. The session will be touching, filled with laughter and incidentally will be great for risk management. Guaranteed to be practical, life/spirit enriching and unforgettable.
