Description:
In an exciting decision by the Supreme Court, the health care reform act was upheld. Our underinsured patients will now be eligible for insurance. We will discuss how this new policy will affect delivery of dermatologic health care to this population and analyze how our current system can survive and thrive in the new era. We will also highlight areas of dermatologic delivery of health care in which we have excelled. We want to offer expertise and strategies that were developed so that these can be exported to existing systems.
