The system implications of change will be explored, together with how people respond to change and what teams have to do to make changes work. Patterns of resistance will be examined and tips to help individuals work through change will be discussed. Team involvement to promote workable solutions will be stressed. Participants will begin working on an individualized plan of action to address a personal change process.
