Description:
Please Note: This is part one of a two-part program. Part 2 is session F052, scheduled from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Saturday.
Change can be a frightening prospect, especially if you are not prepared. Exploring and confronting your fears empowers action for change. In the first half of this two-part session you will learn to identify and assess the need for change. Once the need has been recognized, you will learn to confront your fears surrounding the change process and turn them into useful fuel to facilitate change.
