Description:
Note this part 2 of a two part session. In part 1 you will learn how to assess the dynamics of your group and learn strategies to manage your group at any stage. Part 1 is session F003 at 10:00am to 12:00pm on Friday, March 1. In the second part of this two part session the focus will be on understanding the politics of your organization or group and managing and capitalizing on group members' diverse opinions and approaches to problem solving in order to achieve shared goals. Personal experiences of the session director as board member and officer of the AAD will be presented as illustrations.
