Learning Objectives:
Following this course, the attendee should be able to:
- Apply the basic principles of dermatoscopy
- Classify both benign and malignant lesions using a logical and effective approach
- Utilize dermatoscopy in your daily practice
Description:
The basic criteria of dermatoscopy will be introduced together with a very efficient stepwise algorithm for the detection of the various benign and malignant pigmented skin lesions. Experts in dermatoscopy will present plenty of cases where the participants learn most. In addition, the criteria on the face, as well as on palms and soles, will be described.
At the end of the session, experts will diagnose unknown cases together with the participants.
