Learning Objectives:
Following this course, the attendee should be able to:
- Recognize advances in pediatric dermatology through reviews of the recent literature
- Outline appropriate use of propranolol for infantile hemangiomas by discussing recent guidelines
- Outline a successful approach to the assessment of newborns with skin conditions
Description:
This session will cover a wide aspect of pediatric dermatologic care including medical and surgical management of the entire pediatric age spectrum. The focus will be on diagnosis and management and will be aimed at the general dermatologist and dermatology resident in particular.
