Description:
Most of the fillers used in the United States have been approved many years ago worldwide. Some such agents will be made available soon after passing through FDA's stringent criteria. These will include hyaluronic acid based agents in addition to novel materials such, polycaprolactone. It is important to be aware of such materials before they are made readily available. This will provide great knowledge in knowing what to expect and the pitfalls that these agents might have. In addition, the many indications of such fillers will be discussed.
