- Discuss various modalities for field treatment of precancerous lesions.
- Design a therapeutic ladder and formulate combination treatment for more challenging cases.
Description:
This session will enable the physician to methodically evaluate patients with actinic keratoses and approach management in a logical, step-wise manner. Treatment options for mild to intractable field cancerization will be discussed, including topical agents, photodynamic therapy, resurfacing, chemowraps, and oral medications. Case-based review will highlight practical tips and factors important for medical decision-making.
