The American Academy of Dermatology's (Academy) Summer Academy Meeting 2009 will be held in Boston from July 29-Aug. 2 at the Hynes Convention Center. The meeting features hundreds of noted speakers who will present the latest scientific advancements in the diagnosis and medical, surgical, and cosmetic treatment of skin, hair, and nail conditions.

Advance press registration has closed.

Press credentials for the Summer Academy Meeting 2009 can be obtained on site at the Academy's press kiosk, located in the Level 2 lobby of the Hynes Convention Center, 900 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, 02115.

Press kiosk hours are:

Wednesday, July 29	2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, July 30	8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, July 31	8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 1	8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Before arriving for on-site registration, be sure to review the Academy's press guidelines. Review of the press guidelines can assist you with your press registration and answer any questions about press attendance at the Summer Academy Meeting 2009.

Please note, when registering on site, you will need to provide the following:

• Photo ID and business card.
• If you have attended a previous Academy scientific meeting, please provide samples of your coverage of that meeting.
• If you have not attended one of the Academy's scientific meetings, please furnish samples of your coverage of the specialty of dermatology.
• If you are a free-lancer, please provide a letter of assignment.
