Director Responsibilities

  • If applicable, invite and confirm speakers for session
  • Complete program materials by given due date
  • Disclose to the Academy comprehensive conflicts of interest and verbally disclose to the audience any relevant conflicts of interest at the onset of the presentation and include a disclosure slide at the start of the presentation
  • Ensure that speakers participating in the session properly disclose potential conflicts of interest and manage potential conflicts as per the Academy guidelines
  • Confirm handouts will be submitted for your session
  • Inform the Academy of any speaker changes
  • Register for the meeting
