Non-Member Registration

If you are not a Member of the American Academy of Dermatology and you would like to receive a Program Book along with the Advance Registration & Housing materials, and an On-Line Access ID#, you will need to complete a Non-Member Request for Registration Materials/Access ID#. (Not Available Yet). Please review this form carefully, incomplete submissions will not be processed.

Once the form and required documentation is received, an Access ID# will be assigned and the above mentioned materials and Access ID# will be sent out. These materials will not be available until November. Once you receive these materials you may utilize the Access ID# located above your name on the back of the Advance Registration & Housing brochure to access the on-line registration & housing system.

Access ID#'s will not be sent out via e-mail due to the volume of requests received. Allow 10-12 business days for approval and processing and for materials to reach you. The AAD is not responsible for materials not received.

The deadline date for Non-Members to request materials and an Access ID# is JANUARY 14, 2009 AT 12:00PM (CT). After this date and time, Access ID#'s will no longer be assigned and Program/Registration materials will no longer be sent out.

NOTE: Completion of this request form does not constitute registration for the meeting. This is strictly a request for registration materials and Access ID#. Official approval will follow submission of the completed form along with the required supporting documentation.
